when i got back from my first tour in iraq i decided to turbo my 2001 s2000. so i turbo it did clutch and the ecu i also send my block to golden eagles to get t sleeve and did my pistons and rods also my fuel pump and a 3mm head gasket also arp head studs.. but now when the turbo on my timing chain is slapping my mechanic said under low RPM that it had low oil pressure causing the timin chain to slap . he said it went away at higher RPM cause you brought up the oil pressure .
need help dont knoe wat it is and the mechanic said i should just get a new engine .. which i dont think its right he prob just wants money..

Change the TCT first. But if the motor is out u mind as well buy a new chain. The chain loosens up when the revs go down I think. The oil psi is not ur issue.

Is the turbo feed line ran off of the tct? What size is the feed line?

Do you have an oil pressure gauge? What is the pressure at low rpms. If not you should get one.
