Default Need help with coilovers

I just can not decide on what to get?
I want adjustable coilovers that can be adjusted to the ride comfort provided
by the OEM shocks and the same height but want the option of adjusting them for a little stiffer ride if I ever put it on the track. Can I also adjust the height too?
The coilovers have to be lighter than stock oem shocks.
Any recomendations? I was looking at the Tein RA'S but I do not know how stiff the ride would be. Help?

Rick, i have Tein RS coilovers and love them! The ride quality is better than stock, if you can believe that. Tein's all the way!

the price seems right on those.
can anyone point me to a good explanation of what is the difference between a coil over setup and the stock setup? how they work? advantages? how to spot good ones?

I would like to learn a bunch about suspension, but most of the time when i talk to people it sounds like black magic. Anyone know of a good reference? I would like to read something that has to do with actual suspensions you can buy not just theory. I like books on racing theory also, but would like some kind of users guide to suspensions...if someone knows of one, thanks.

I give my zeal function b-6's a they provide a very stock like ride almost softer than stock when set at the lowest setting, and a nice stiff feel when set at the highest. I have tracked the car a couple times with them and am very happy!! They also provide a good amount of adjustability in ride height.
