so the other day i noticed where a vibration was coming from that has been there for about a year....... i took the spare tire out and discovered it was something covered in a yellow plastic about the size of a tennis ball from what i can see...... how do i tighten this part up? and what is this part??? couldnt seem to find out what kind of screws it uyses cause its not easily accessible....
