Looks like you are still missing something. If you look at a diy for installing an aftermarket wheel, should see photo of what is supposed to be there with wheel removed.

I used this vid when installing my steering wheel.

Looks like there are three connections: airbag (yellow), horn (gray) and cruise control (brown). I don’t think that green assembly is OEM.
