Hey guys,

I know that this has been covered ad nauseum but alot of the information that I'm finding is dated and I want to make sure that I'm putting the best stuff in my car. I want to change the tranny and diff to synthetic fluids to increase power and reduce notchiness in the tranny. Here are my questions:

1. Which are the best fluids that will reduce friction and result in less notchiness?

2. Where do I get them?

I have a stock MY01 with 50K on it.
