need to know who makes the sitffest shocks
Different dampers will not help your situation.
You can try a couple of things (some suggested already):
1)Use firmer springrates, so that they do not compress as far.
2)Use the same spring rate, but raise your ride height up a bit.
3)Use wheels/tires that fit your car's suspension setup.
4)Use an agressive alignment with more negative camber so that the tops of the tires tuck into the fenderwell better.

i think i will have the fenders rolled and try a aggressive alignment... it is a little negative right now due to the spring drop but a little more and i don't think they will rub.. this will decrease my contact patch and cause faster wear on the tires though i think
