Need resource for custom header
I am just starting the process of installing a '02 F20C1 into a Superformance S1 kit car and will be needing a custom stainless steel header built. Any references would be greatly appreciated.
So far I have not heard of anyone fabricating custom headers. there are however a # of Japanese after market headers that are available. I would visit www.bulletproofautomotive.com as a start.

Dave lived in Charlotte for a long time but moved to VA a couple of years ago. He specializes in Honda headers and started by building them for his own Honda race car. Roger Foo used his header when he raced Hondas in the WC Series and most of the Honda Challenge racers use his products. He builds amazing headers that work! Below is a pic of my old ITR header, the first one he built. I contacted him a few days ago about building a AP1 version and he was open to it. He would probably need your car for test fitting. You can find a lot of references on Honda-Tech.com by searching the Archives by Creator: SMSP. Think you'll find more than enough guys to vouch for his work and business ethic. I'll be the first in line to stand up for the guy!
