Need torque numbers for lower control arm from Helms manual

Hi, I need someone to be kind enough to give me the torque numbers for torquing the lower rear driver side control arm properly as I am going to replace mine. I have nowhere else to turn to except ordering my own helms manual which will take a while to get here.

The one furthest to the rear is somthing like 90-some pounds, and the one in front of it is like 60- or 70 some pounds.....I maybe way off.

I will verify and post real numbers once I get home after work.
Sorry I had to be so vague.

there are several different bolts you have to remove, and each one has different torque settings. You want me to scan the page?
