Default Needs valve job?

So i have a spun rod bearing so i pulled my engine; upon inspection i noticed the exhaust valves have some buildup on them. Head has been working fine. Should i be concerned about this? Car has 127k miles

Kind of difficult to see from the picture, but if you are leaking oil down the valve stem it may be time for new valve guides and seals. If not a good valve job and clean up of the head would be a good idea before you put the engine back together. Take the head in to a reputable machine shop and they will let you know if work would be required.
