Those lighter colored ones look like they are the exhaust valves, without seeing much other detail in the picture. What is the history behind this engine? Normally aspirated? Forced induction? How many miles were on it? What do the pistons look like? Why did you tear it down? What were the symptoms or what was the problem?

Did you just bend a valve, or did it drop a valve into the cylinder? What's the condition of the piston on that cylinder?
First make sure the valve seat doesn't need to be reground, then just do a valve job on that head... Resurface the head if it needs it just to make sure it's flat. If you need to replace the piston on that cylinder, you may as well do that. I don't see any reason to do anything else with the bottom end... You should be fine.
