Your last video makes me think the impeller might be dragging in the S/C housing.

i've heard a vortech sound pretty similar.

what do you think about the ticking in the 1st video?

If you suspect the noise could be coming from the supercharger, simply remove the belt so you can isolate where the sound is coming from.
