Default New clutch slipping

So I was driving home and my clutch startsd slipping bad. The next day it was working fine..I put it in the shop and put a new clutch kit, pressure plate and a 10lb flywheel. I bought exedy clutch and pressure plate. When I got the car back I noticed the clutch pedal was really light. Maybe twice as light as it used to be. I drove the car breaking it in for about two hindered mile. The car is still slipping. Could it be a bad master/ slave cylinder?? Or is the exedy clutch just a piece of shit?

Is the motor stock? What kind of power are you throwing down? Even the exedy POS clutch doesn't slip. I know because I have it.

It's basically stock. Intake headers and exhaust. Seals looked good. The old clutch however was worn on the outside edge..not sure if that means anything.

Hey soviet, did you use the exedy pressure plate ? Is your clutch pedal really easy to push down?

I used an OEM pressure plate. It's really easy to push down.

Sounds like pressure plate issues.

Lol. I think all y'all drew conclusions too drastically.

Have you checked the master cylinder freeplay? Maybe its over adjusted. Does the clutch engage with the pedal almost ALL the way up?
