Default New Engine

In early July my engine was over revved and all the parts met in the middle. Upon diagnosis I saw that the valve tips were sheared off on many of the valves but only one was sucked in. I purchased a new shortblock and a blank head, installed Ferrea stainless valves, double springs (more than twice the original pressure) and titanium keepers and locks. I cleaned up the inside of the head casting and used a Hondata intake gasket. While I was at it I installed a Fidenza lighted flywheel and ACT street clutch. I haven't dynoed it but it makes a lot more power and the lightened flywheel makes it go upstaires even faster ( as if it needs that )

Why does it make more power?

Unless you mean more power than your engine with the dropped and chipped valves.

Then what are you waiting for? If it makes more power, then the dyno ought to show it.

I'm not sure if it makes more power but it goes upstairs a lot faster.

How much did all that cost you, if you don't mind me asking? And how did you over rev it, on accelaration or a missed shift while downshifting?
