This is what I used:
2 pinion bearings
1 crush sleeve
1 pinion seal
1 pinion locking nut
1 custom made shim (by me )
2 output shaft seals
2 output shaft clips (could not tell old ones from new...)
liquid gasket
Manual recommends getting new bolts for half shafts too, I used the "old" ones.

No need to change Torsen Bearings IMO.. very difficult to do!
IF you are able to remove the pinion bearings in the proper way you might use them too if they are not that old (low milage, etc)

! Service manual !
Workshop with the proper tools
A spot to work under your car
A friend to help with a heavy diff
Time, lots of time
Patience

I'm in the process of researching this as well. The hardest thing to do is source the shims. Hardtopguy.com actually sells a kit with all the sleeves and bearings typically replaced.

FMinus: How did you make your shims?

I have made mine on a lathe.
Out of steel, not stainless!
2.91 mm.
Not available in the OEM shim kit.
