Newbie AEM EMS install question - NA

Hi - I just received a new EMS that I bought from a board member

. He will be sending me the software and manual shortly.

Do I need the s/w or manual to do an initial install, or is there already a base map for an NA S2000 in the EMS? I will just be installing it to start the car, then switching back to the OEM ECU until I figure out my tuning situation.

www.aempower.com has the new updated software version. The one on the disk is old and pretty much useless.

is posible to buy an AEM, download the maps and drive?

I am asking this becasue I must dirve 30 km the the nearest dyno. They do not install nothing just do dyno runs.

Talk to Hans he has a N/A S2000 with the AEM EMS he does have some wild mods though but he may be able to get you to where you want to be quicker and cheaper!!! I know he won't have a problem letting you see his MAP's as he is a nice guy
