What is a good recommendation for a guy like me who has full bolt ons and is running leaner than stock?

For a N/A application, the OEM heat range will serve you best. If you want to experiment at all, try one heat range colder, as a lean running engine will run slightly hotter combustion chamber temperatures than otherwise. Removing that additional heat is essential. You may want to monitor your a/f ratio closely to be sure you're not too lean.

The 5068 would be a very good choice, IMO. It's an iridium, so it should give a long service life. It's one step colder than stock, so it should function very well.

Great post about NGK plugs. I do have one comment/suggestion regarding your statement:

There is an iridium BKR8EIX (2668), but the IFR8H-11 and IFR9H-11, mentioned above, are the same "FR" series plug as OE and therefore should be better alternatives.
I don't think you can compare the IX-series to the IFR-series. The IX-series refers to NGK's Iridium IX line while the IFR is NGK's Laser Iridium, and IMO the IX is better in general.

I will personally be trying the BKR8EIX or Denso's IK24 on my FI app.
What gap are you FI guys running? I've heard .03" or .035". For NA, I think the pregapped .044" will suffice, but not sure for FI.
