This is your typical S2000 intake whistle. It predominantly shows up at a specific rpm range under a particular load. I'm surprised that Honda would even give anyone the time of day on this characteristic.

Do you have a CAI? I don't think I ever heard any whistles with the stock intake, but it is VERY noticeable and consistant with my AEM V1.

hahaha thanks guys for the help... i wish my car was turbod well i have a stock intake... but gettin comptech intake soon so i hope the noise will go away...

If you wish to confirm what I've posted, simply remove the lid from the airbox. This will allow the whistle to come through much more clearly.
Not sure about the Comptech intake. It might also have the whistle.

since i installed the comptech intake, mine actually has a more pronounced 'whine' to it...a little like a SC spooling...but i like it.

I have AEM intake, and the whine/whistle doesn't go away, it's slightly louder, but so is the engine
