Arrow Noise from convertable top latches

Is anyone else experiencing an annoying rattle from the convertable top latches? If I place my hand over the plastic outer cover the noise stops. Sometimes it does it more than others.

I'm not getting any rattles from the latches itself, but from the arms(folding frames) and it's bugging the hell out of me.
Hope those go away when the weather gets nicer.

LOL...i just got my car back from the dealership because of rattle....when honda made the latches they used stupid plastic in those parts and because of that they break easy....if you still have under 36K or 100K if you got hondacare...then they will replace your latches for free....with the same plastic but at least it won't rattle....jmtc

Did anyone else have rattles from other places, like frames, arms, etc.?
I'm getting this annoying rattle from the driver's side arm where it folds.
I tried putting the top down and up again, and seemed it was gone for few hours and it came back.
Any ideas?

Open your soft top, cut two 1/2" square felt tape and tape it into the cavity where the alignment pin sits. The square cavity is just right above your sun visor.
Its the metal and metal contact thats making the noise.
Hope this helps.

Someone just posted a fix for this but i cant find the thread. You can go to Honda and buy EPT. It's a foam that comes in a sheet. Cut small pieces and put it inside the latch. When you open up the latch there is space on both sides of the latch. you can wiggle it and see how it moves side to side. you have to stuff the foam with a small pick in there and it will fix it. I wish i could find the thread. It had pics

My latches don't rattle at all after the felt tape mod.
Just open the soft top and look right above the sun visor, you will see there is a square cavity, its like the negative of a pyramid and just insert a felt tape into that cavity, press the tape into the cavity with the tip of screw driver then close the soft top.
Its a pretty easy fix.
No more noise for 40k.
