Noise Diagnosis
I am consistently hearing a metal vibrating noise under the car. This noise is prominent around 5K rpms on both acceleration and deceleration. I cannot seem to reproduce the noise as frequently with the car parked. I had a hard time determining where it was coming from, but seem to think it is towards the rear, on the passenger side.
Ive checked underneath the car and do not see any clearance issues with any of my exhaust components. If I wiggle the exhaust it does squeak a bit, but does not sounds like the noise I hear under load.
I have had a Tanabe SMH installed for about 4 months now and until now I have not had any noise issues.
Any thoughts?

Your exhaust moves a lot more than you may think when being driven under load. "Wiggling" it won't always show you what's going on. You need to really give the thing a few good thumps all along its length.

thanks xviper. I did manage to make it squeak when I was under the car. What is the remedy for the squeaking?. Im gonna buy a test pipe and see if that cures the noise...I have a feeling the new bolts and gaskets will help.
