Did they document your concern, and get a copy of it? Complin to the area rep from Honda, get documentation. If it fails then they will almost always cover it after warranty.

Sounds like the injectors. Most Honda's have loud ones.

Sounds perfectly normal... for a diesel.

Well, as far as some dealerships go, they can be real ripoffs. This is just a [conspiracy] theory, but they can be blowing you off for now. Then when the motor gets real real bad, they'll just pin it on 'overrev' and make you foot the bill. Press on! Get real persistent with them.

Get a stethascope from Sears and check each injector one at a time and see which is louder than the other..

Sounded pretty much normal in the video. Mine is just as loud and has been for a long time.
On a side note - why the heck do you have the heat shield removed from your header? All you're doing is adding up to 30F more heat under hood. My injectors get noisier the hotter it is under the hood.

Something that I've found useful for quieting injectors and valvetrain noise is Marvel Mystery Oil (MMO) in the fuel. Buy a quart at any auto parts store and put 4ozs/10 gallons of fuel. You will know before the quart is used up whether this will help you. I feel pretty confident that it will help you. I've had good luck with it quieting my S2000 on start-up. I don't recommend using it in your engine oil though. There are better and safer choices for cleaning your engine.
