Default Noise Vibration Harshness

I have owned Honda products before and noticed this a little bit but my S2000 seems to be a bit noisier than what I think would be normal.

I get a lot of valve chatter at lower RPM's. Is there an adjustment? Can this be corrected under an extended Honda Warranty? - I have one

I also have an AEM intake under hood and I get a lot of vibration in the front end at low RPM. I think that it is from the air intake assembly vibrating against the rad shroud and other under hood components. Is there corrective action for this? Does this AEM assembly make a big enough difference in performance to keep it in place and live with these shortcommings? I have the stock air box.

Thank you for any input.

Unless your car is brand new, right off the lot, no valve adjustment is covered under warranty. Besides, you don't really know if you even need one.

How can you have an AEM intake AND the stock airbox?

Probably means he has it so he can replace the AEM if that intake is the problem.
