Noise and vibration with no knock
Hey guys I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my car that no one else can figure out. I have an 06 with 80k on it. Before I tell you what's wrong I let you know what I've done, valves perfectly adjusted, timing on point, new clutch and Ap1 flywheel, new slave and master cylinder, new map sensor, new alternator and belt, hondata, 70mm hfc, INvidia q300, injen intake. With that said from idle the car sounds like it's misfiring so slightly but apparently not enough that others can tell. I drive it everyday so I know and it's my second s. From dead stop going into 1st moving you can feel the car making a "knocking" feel but not audible. At 2500rpm in every gear I feel it in the shifter and if I put my hand on the ebrake it feels like someone is hitting the car from underneath with a small mallet. It gets faster with rpm so I don't know if it's a bottom end problem or a transmission problem. The compression is great and cylinder number 3 on a leak down does have blow by. I can hear air come out the dips tick but I don't think it's should make the feeling or sound it does from very little blow by. If anyone has an answer or can chime in please let me know.
I changed the clutch because of the noise. Put it back exactly as I took it apart and ive done it many many times in others s2ki. It's not related to any of the things I mentioned that's why I need other opinions.
