Unhappy Noises, what could it be?

Hi all let me start by saying that I am not a mechanic by any means but I know little things here and there. So about 2-3 weeks ago I started to hear this noise that sounded like a whistle but It mainly happened when the car was still and the clutch was out. When I put the clutch in to start engaging into the gear it went away, took the clutch out there it was again. Now about 1 week ago, I drove back home and lifted the car to do the oil change and differential oil change as well and when I lifted and turned the car on, I started to hear like if there were rocks in the CAT so the next day I took the cover and from the cat and nothing was there so I left it alone. Now, yesterday, after getting home I went to the store and once I parked, I started to hear this noise getting worse (the rocks noise). I am not sure what is it and I hoping anyone can help me identify the noise. Also, after shopping and on my way home I drove through a bump and it seems like something fell off, I stopped and it seems to be a piece of wood but I am not sure where it would have come from and I cannot confirm that it came off from the car. But now I am thinking, did something put rocks or other stuff through the exhaust?

The video with the red is the one with the hard noise.

I am still driving the car and still feels strong and the noise does happen when I am driving until I stop.

I will take it to Tony here in the San Fernando Valley Thursday and see what he says.

Thanks everyone for your help

Sounds horrible. Like my single cylinder lawnmower.

It does, however, is not consistent. I have not heard it today so I am not sure what it is

Could be something came apart internally in the exhaust system, is flopping around and is affected by the heat cycles making it inconsistent. If something is broken off it may be lodged in a comfortable place when you aren't hearing it and then it breaks loose and rattles around later on with heat and exhaust flow.
