Is it normal?

Before I have 3 bars on the temp guage my car has a rough idle. When I am at a light it seems to vibrate/low grumble like a v8.

Once the 3 bars are shown its fine.

Is this normal?

when you say rough idle, do you mean the idle is not at a constant speed? as in it goes up and down when you're just sitting there?

mine is rough but it holds steady. gotta love all the bugs in the S2K, EVERY last one!

Yes, it goes up and down. When driving with 2 or 1 bars its fine. Its the waiting at a stoplight is when it happens.

Once I hit 3 bars all is fine.
