Default is this normal after lowering?

ok i lowered my car with tein stechs, a conservative inch id say, and paid for a professional alignment. heres my issue...

i drive on back country roads to work every day, and sometimes the road is tared over and rather slick in spots, and they are bumpy as well, and crowned. anyway my car likes to hop around all over the roads now, significantlly, can feel the rear end slide out with the grooves in the road.....on roads that are flat i have no issues whatsoever, but every groove in the road my car wants to travel with...

That is why they say that when you lower your car with springs you actually make your handeling worse. so if your going to lower an S at all you should do it with some pretty good coilovers. just my.02
