Default Normal idling rpm?

My idling range from 2,000 when cold and 900-1,000rpm when warmed. Is this normal? it seems a little bit too high. My prelude hang around 500-600 when she's warmed up.

My first S2k (a -99 car) was at 1000 rpm, but the S2k I have now with -01 engine is idling at 6-700 rpm.

How come this one is soo much lower??

are you looking at the tach or a separate rev monitor? the tach is NOT 100% precise...on my car it differs from my VAFC tach by a couple hundred rpm.

2k cold idle is normal, 800rpm idle is standard when warmed up but a variance of 100-200rpm is perfectly normal.

I'm looking at my tach. What does the VAFC shows?
