Default Is this normal for my comptech intake

I just recently installed my comptech intake and the screws keep on coming off. I have already lost one screw on it and this weekend I'm going to try to fine a replacement. But I have to keep checking it at the end of the night to make sure the other 2 screw didn't come up. It probably the vibration that makes the screw come up. But do other member with this intake have this type of problem.

I lost two on mine, I have since replaced them and used some thread lock on them. since then I have not even had them loosen up.

Call CompTech and tell them what happen, their customer service is great and I am sure they will mail you replacements.

Use Locktite on the screws.

At least on the one I used to have the gasket was compressed too thin. Some fresh weatherstrip to replace the gasket solved the problem.

I've never lost a screw but my intake cover rubs against the hood and rattles at mid rpm range.

I've never lost a screw. I've had mine since they came out.
