NSX caliper is a two piston caliper and is a direct bolt on for the ITR, and has been used on a number of other civics integras with some modifications. I've got some links to the write-ups on the hybrid site at home, I'll post them up when I get a chance.
Also, the Legend GS is mostly the same caliper as the NSX. A twin piston caliper, but with larger pistons. Doesn't have the cooling fins and the NSX logo on it though, but they can be had for much much cheaper. I almost went this route with my CRX, but then want witht the fastbrakes kit.

im not sure if the braking system will be balanced with the S2000. The NSX is rear wheel drive and mid/rear engine, as the S2000 is rear wheel drive and front engine. The brakes may have different pistons that are built specifically for the NSX. Best way to find out if these kits match, is research an aftermarket brake company i.e. brembo, as see if they use the same calipers as the S2000.
don't waste your time buddy, they are heavy casted iron calipers (like stock). You're better off looking at aftermarket kits out there that reduce weight and improve pedal feel...ie a properly engineer'd 4 pot setup
