Has this happened to anyone else, Im thinking i might have damaged it during the hondata gasket install, but not sure, I had no problems for 2 weeks then boom leaking out of the #4 injector, pulled it apart and yep o-ring was cut and mangled.

 

Appears to be an installation screw up. Blame the mechanic.

 

Yea It was my fault....forgot to put oil on the o-rings before sliding back in fuel rail......for anyone doing the Hondata gasket install put some motor oli on the o-rings or you may be tearing it down again to fix a .80 cent part....lol
