so, figured it out.

Checked my wiring and everything looked good. ECU -> o2 on both. Checked honda wiring diagrams and saw i had the o2 sensors backwards (WHT goes to primary, WHT/RED to secondary, otherwise they are identical) and one pin fell out of the ECU connector.

Reseated the pin, plugged things up right, reset the code, and everything is beautiful.

Thanks for all the help! Flanders, rereading this thread, I realized you answered my question immediately but I didn't understand what you said until Billman said it a different way lol

Saved me an ECU reprogramming!
