I know OBDII was mandatory by 1996, but I've seen 95's, can't remember the make, that got in the game before 96. Anyone know the years, even vin cutoffs, of any other Hondas? I'd like to buy a nice used Honda, looking for the earliest model that is OBDII equipped...

95 Accord V6 was the 1st OBDII honda. The rest of the Accord line was OBDII in 96. There where some emmisions control changes mid year, "enhanced" as AHM put it. The model line was OBDII across the board in 96.
