Thumbs down Octane, Cranking, Misfires, and Compression

OK here is the deal.. took the car to get it smogged at the local 76 Station up the street.

Failed Because of this

Malfunction Indicator Light

Functional Check - Fail
Fault Codes
P1362
P1259
P1367
P0301 Misfire Detected (Cylinder 1)
P0302 Misfire Detected (Cylinder 2)
P0303 Misfire Detected (Cylinder 3)
P0304 Misfire Detected (Cylinder 4)
P0300 Random/Multiple Misfire Detected

Everything else passed

PCV, Spark Controls, Wiring to Sensors, Fuel Cap Integrity Test, Fuel Evaporative Controls, Fuel Injection, Vacum line sensors / Switches, Fillpipe Restrictor, Ignigtion Timing, Catalytic Converter, Oxygen Sensor, Liquid Fuel Leak, Fuel Cap Visual.

The the SMOG HC PPM and CO % passed looking good.

I just had the valves adjusted and the compression checked the other day. Could a compression check show up as a misfire in the ECU or maybe a faulty valve adjustment?

Second I made the mistake the other day of filling up with Premium 89 Octane gas. So do you think the misfire is from the gas, or the compression test the other day.

Secondly --

Had another compression test run by this local 76 mechanic -- Second this week...

Cranking Cylinders
Strokes 1 2 3 4
1 75 75 50 75

2 100 100 75 100

3 125 150 100 150

4 150 175 125 175

The numbers I got on Monday from another mechanic were 230, 225, 150-160,and 225.

I ask the mechanic about the difference and he says that its because he didnt crank the motor over any more... I totally wasnt buying it but I was like whatever and paid him the $80 for the SMOG test and $40 for the compression numbers.

Now how can I clear the Error codes for the ECU.. I can remove the battery terminal and wait 10 Seconds and I know the Radio will die but I have an aftermaret one. Second do I need to reset any errors by holding in the trip button while putting the car into the ON position or is that for only when you need an oil change.

OK now with that said their is no CEL or anything like that and I did the MAP Sensor Whack this morning before my drive to get it checked out...

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
