odd vibration

Default odd vibration

hey guys, i have a MY02 and under hard acceleration i feel i slight vibration from the back half of the car. i am wondering if my axel nuts need some tq'ing? any ideas? this is the first odd thing my car has done, oh it has 39,943 miles exactly. TIA

by your short description i am pretty sure that it is your inner cv joints. TSB #02-063 and it has a goodwill consideration clause in it, however it also doesnt cover certain 2002's with certain vin#s

and your hub nuts only need retourquing when you hear that clicking noise but that wont solve your problem you described

thanks, so is it still a goodwill if the car is out of factory warrenty? i'll have go through my filing cabnet and find out if i have some warrenty, it was a honda certified used car.

no its lowered on springs, but i'll put my stock springs back in a hurry!

yeah because it is 600 dollars in parts for both inner cv joints plus a couple of hours of work so it is worth it to put it back to stock and they should cover it for you
