Default OEM Airbox differences

Looking to pick up a spare OEM airbox for my 2005 to do the “airbox mod”.

I’m trying to determine what years are the same. Couldn’t find a definitive answer when I searched but I do believe the 06+ box is different.

So is the 2000-2005 airbox identical with the changes starting in 06+ ?

Thanks for any clarification.

06+ box won't have provisions for bolting up the air injection solenoid. And they require a 06+ filter which has a different alignment peg shape.

00-05 boxes are all the same.

Not sure box is different. My '06 has mounting provisions for stuff '05 has but '06 does not.

I just googled air injection solonoid for our cars. My '06 airbox has empty threaded fitting in this place.

Ah ok. Then all the boxes should work

Does the 06+ box have the little hooks for all the hoses?

I have a MY07, but the box has been replaced with a random year

Yes, there is a holder for a 1" or so hose we don't have. Off side of resonator, down low. I think its for hose that connects to main intake tube. We have a wart there on intake tube, but its filled in solid. No provision for hose.

Also I have small holes for press in clips with built in zip tie for temp sensor wiring. Have to use socket trick to press them out to remove box (like how press out clips when replace cabin filter).
