OEM Clutch
I had my clutch replaced last year with an OEM and its starting to slip on me...it's been only about 20000 kms...one thing I should point out is that I drive my car hard ALL day and EVERY day...I never crunch gears, I just drive it hard all the time...Ive also taken it to the track...just wondering if 20000 kms is normal for this kind of "spirited" driving??
Thanks

I have gone through 3 sets of tires and 2 sets of brake pads if that is any indication that I drive in a spirited way. Btw, tires and brake pads are a normal wear and tear item as well as the clutch components. Even though a clutch is considered a normal wear and tear item, it is not normal to waste a clutch in 12,400 miles. The life of a clutch can be dictated by the driving style of the person driving the car.
You might want to assess your driving style.

20k miles of hard driving, with 20k miles of "I don't know what the previous owner did to it". Plus I SC'd over 15k miles ago.
I'm not trying to be insulting guys, but I really think you should reexamine your clutch using skills. I've seen lots of people who have driven manual tranny's for 20 years have bad bad habits and think they are the greatest stick drivers on earth. They do it from habits learned long ago and don't even realize the mistakes they are making.
I'd pay very close attention to how your shifting for awhile. You'll probably find there are all sorts of little things your doing that you shouldn't be. I had to do that a couple of years ago to correct some bad habits I had picked up.
