Ive had my 00 S for a month now and Ive noticed that the clutch seems soft when upshfting, with my previous car (RSX-S) I would have to feather the clutch when shifting up to avoid any bucking or jerking...but when the S I can upshift and drop the clutch and its smooth...I know its not my clutch slipping Ive done numerous tests to eliminate that, it's just whe I upshift, when I downshift the clutch bites a lot harder, I can even get my tires to chirp when I downshift, but not on an upshift.

Any ideas? Im gonna bleed my clutch in a couple days cause the fluid is pretty dirty but Im just seeing if anyone else has input on what this could be or is this just something normal on the S.

 

So the problem is you can upshift smoothly? And not chirp the tires?

Doesn't seem like much of a problem.
