Hi. I haven't really driven my car within the past week and when I got in to drive it this morning, the pedal seems to be real soft. I'd have to push the pedal down 5/6 of the way for it to get into/out of gear. At times, it will get stiff again and be normal for a minute or so. I guess it would be the same as a master cylinder for the brakes as it is for the clutch. Can someone help with what I can do to fix it? My car is a '00 w/101K miles.

happens to me to, it gets soft then goes back to stiff. Some people suggested a clutch fluid bleed so im gonna try that. I have a act clutch and toda flywheel but i dont htink that makes a difference

 

Bleed your clutch slave sylinder.
