I think we need a thread sharing these UOAs and our situations with them. Im gonna send mine in after 3500 miles with the Mobile1 Extended Drain 5w-30 and see how it does. Im boosted and run abit rich down low, so well see what happens.

Update:

This is Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w30 run for 6,060 miles. I run the oil until the maintenance minder determines it needs to be replaced. I thought I requested a TBN, but apparently not.

Wear metals are very good for 6K+ miles. cSt still a little low, but I wouldn't worry. Thanks for going through the trouble to post this, bat711.

bat711. Do you have aftermarket air filter like k&n, spoon or j's racing snorkels? Is your s2000 bone stock? with oem air filter? Thanks for posting lab analysis. this is scientific evident no one can argue if it is performed correctly at the lab.

Stock air filter (changed at beginning of this oil change interval), Honda oil filter, and stock everything else. Probably about 75% highway driving if that makes any difference.

An update. This last one is from a load of Castrol Syntec 10w30. I must've missed filling out the oil interval section when I had it analysed. The total mileage was at 74,672, but the oil was in there a relatively short 4,887 miles. I changed it out when the Maintenance Minder was around 10% versus normally running it down below 5%. Driving habits still the same as before as well.

I have Mobil 10w30 in mine. I'm about a thousand miles away from my next change, but I plan to do the Blackstone analysis at that time. I'll post up my results.

Here's mine from earlier this year. My viscosity levels are a bit lower than yours, yet Blackstone didn't call attention to them...? This is 10w30 dino from the dealer (Valvoline?), changed at 1yr (my S is just a weekend car, with a handful of autocross events and one track day).

I think / hope it's fixed now. What other widely available synthetics are you guys using? I'm interested in trying something else.
