Oil Change?

yes.

Use low profile ramps to get it up, or extend your ramps w/ something.

I usually use ramps myself; however, I used a floor jack today. I don't readily have acess to a floor jack, so when I do it by myself, I use my ramps.

what does 7/8 of a turn or 16lb-ft all mean??? Man I am confused...

Also filter wrench is needed in order to change filter, right??? How do you use them???

Excellent point - I'll have to try that.

To get the 7/8's on the Amsoil filters I use:
-Spin the filter till the rubber touches
-Place a tic mark on the filter with a marker
-Spin again till the mark comes w/i about 90% of initial position

Since the topic is oil, I've been using Gastrol Syntech 5w-50. Is this good for our car? I haven't had any problem with this oil yet but anyone else has other opinion?

Gastrol? New meaning to petro based eh 5-50 seems wide, depends on your climate. Stick w/ OEM specs.
