Default Oil filter cooler seal leak

I have a leak at my oil filter since 2 years no matter what brand of oil filter i use on my 05 AP2, the leak was located at oil filter, not a major leak and no vtec solenoid leak and the sensor up the filter was replaced, i think that the oil cooler sandwitch oring cause the leak and the oil cooler center bolt was tight to specs, anywone have this problem?

Almost ten years. I'd prolly not wait for the OP to answer.
It's too bad people post their problems on the Internet and never get back to telling the results (good or bad).

I appreciate those who do post their results.

Agreed! It would be helpful to everyone if ppl post their results after asking for help

Especially when people are new to the forum, and post in a panic, expect answers from strangers that they have never met before and then post a follow up post hours later like, "so no one knows the answer?" Then when people do eventually respond with helpful suggestions or questions, and ..... crickets!!

Seems to me the guy was using off brand filters and probably hand tightening them. Glad he did not have an engine fire from them leaking. Of course, maybe he did and that is why he no longer posts!

Because Facebook. You get quick answers there. More often wrong than right, sometimes dangerous. But quick!

Sets an expectation
