Default Oil leak

Hi guys, i've done a search but could not find anything. I took the OEM tool box out and found that the very bottom of the trunk is wet. I touched it and its oily. Where could the oil be coming from? any ideas? My s is MY00 with under 10k km (hasn't seen much usage) bone stock.

suggestions much appreciated! many thanks

There is nothing with oil back there that would leak into the trunk. So I agree with Olegator.

Thanks for the replies!

I also thought theres nothing under the trunk that can be leaking oil. But can the leak be coming from something nearby? I ask this because the amount of oil there seem to have increased.

I pulled up the "carpet" on the bottom of the trunk to take a look and the oil seem to be quite new. The color is yellow (or golden) like new oil and it's very thin.

Any more ideas? any fellow members experienced similar issue?

Thanks again!

You sure it's not just staff infected, rusted water? Staff makes water slimy, and that's a common spot to find water. Does it smell like oil or mildew?
