Default Help!! Oil in Trunk...

I had a bottle of the Engine oil sitting in my trunk and I noticed today that the lid for some reason was not tight and was leaking oil into the trunk. It stained part of the carpeting in the trunk and I wanted to know how I would get rid of it? Please help...Thank you.

Take the carpet out and wash with dish detergent as it breaks down oil and grease and will not discolor or hurt the carpet
