Default Oil light flickering when car is stalling

So my car has been stalling here and there during the past week and I figured it was from the high humidity here in NC (ECU learning). When I go into neutral the car struggles to keep a smooth idle and sometimes almost wants to stall (low RPM's) and adjusts itself while other times it stalls. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year here and sure enough I get two stalls back to back and both times my oil light flickers right before it stalls (at this point the RPM's are low...100-200 maybe.

I decided to clean my IACV, install new PCV, and do an ECU reset. Oil level is also fine (using Castrol edge 10W-30 fully synthetic)

Unfortunately I'm still having the issue. I also noticed its more prone to this when my AC is cranked up. Is this normal or should I take it to a mechanic?

I'm currently uploading a video I took to show you what happens, I will post when it's finished.

Here is the video (this time it decided not to stall): Youtube Video

Sounds like intake air valve. How did you clean yours? There is a thread in DIY, Maintenance, FAQ that explains the correct method.

How many miles on engine? Does it burn oil? Spark plugs new?

When you cleaned the IACV did you separate the two halves and make sure the motor spins freely? That's the most important part of cleaning it, everything else may make things worse actually. The rotary valve at the bottom of the IACV has to spin freely and easily, when it binds it causes idle issues. 06+ cars don't have this problem but have their own issues to deal with.

If you can't find a fix, you may want to check your oil pressure.

Not normal, even when it is 100 degrees here my car does not stall, heat soak means there is a lower idle especially with the a/c on, but not stalling.

I don't know of to many cars that will have good oil pressure under 300 or 400 rpm. Your oil pressure light coming on right before it stalls is normal for most cars, I wouldn't worry about that. I'd find out why the car stalls.
