Default Oil Smell of gas

Hi all

i have recently changed all the fluids, plugs, air filter, cos my engine seems to be down on power and very low mpg

i only gets around 220miles per tank with steady driving no vtec. the low end power is alot weaker than other AP1 i have driven.

the idle drops when i am sitting at the lights for more than 10sec with the aircon on. i have cleaned all sensors and did MAP whack

so today i decided to check my oil and it smells of gas !!!

help needed =(

car is stock except mugen filter and test pipe.

Did you change the oil as part of your fluids change? If so, what type of oil did you use (brand and weight)?

what plugs are you using? some of the "fancy plugs" don't spark as well as ngk's or denso's (factory style), thus not burning all the fuel in the combustion chamber and your cylinder walls can become saturated
