Default Oil's ?

The time has come where i have to change all 3 of my oil's...

Before any of you guys come out saying i am a n00b and i should use the search button, I HAVE.lol
I have been doing alot of readings from RR articles but cant find a straight answer due to so many people recommend different things.
I live in Long Beach, CA --- Warm weather.

Now i want to know if i am doing this right or if u guys can recommend anything else.

Right now i am using Mobil 1 EP and it burns like a Bit**(ap1)
Tranny and Diff is unknown

This is what i have in mind.

Motor oil: Amsoil SAE 10W-30
Tranny: Redline MTL????
Diff: LE1605

P.S. Money is not the problem.. I just want good products that work and will perform better.
Thanks for you help guys

My ap1 burns oil with mobile 1. Just switched to castrol edge 10w30. I'll see if I notice a difference.

Tranny = Honda mtf
diff = mobile 1

MY2000 AP1

Engine: TOTAL Quartz 7000 semi synthetic (change every 6 months or 6k miles)
Diff: Valvoline 80W90 (every 6 months)
Gearbox: Can't remember (every 6 months)

Might seem excessive but keeps it all clean...and i get cheap oil !
