The process of making a tubular manifold is basically cutting the flange from a mill using the stock exhaust manifold gasket as a base, or buying a flange from a company who makes them (Comptech sells them I believe -- you'd have to call them.. ) and then you'd have to design it out on paper and take measurments of the available area.. Then you get some stainless tubing (I believe 11 guage tubing is what is used??) and start cutting and welding!!

You can get the turbo flanges from turbonetics, or you can cut your own...

Have fun.

Chris

[B]here's a couple of things. I'm glad you put together this kit yourself. There will be many many people to come who will follow your foot steps. But where did you order your Greddy BOV from? For 250. They list at $229 and I took the last 5 sets of bov from Greddy.

keep us posted on how it goes. don't you need a fuel pump for your setup?
oil feed and oil return for the turbo? fittings?
could you also post a pic or two for the RevHard manifold? Thanks.
like i stated above, i do expect to spend a little more than 3k. yes i will need a aftermarket fi fuel pump ($120). as soon as i get the manifold, i'll post some pics.

Is that $300 for the wastegate for a 35mm Tial?

Thanks,
