Sorry if this is the wrong place to post...

My roommate bought a MY03 Accord Coupe EX w/o Navigation and it has an odd antenna on the windshield and we can't figure out why. The radio antenna is mounted to the rear window. He has a Lo-Jack tracking device but we thought those are always 100% concealed.

The antenna is very small and is mounted at the very top right of the inside of the front windshield with the little curly antenna facing left, towards the center of the car. It looks almost like a 1/3 size cell phone antenna that used to be common on SUVs and big sedans.

I've checked other MY03 and MY04s specced like his and have never seen another one with that antenna. Anyone know what it is?
