Overbore throttle body NA?

I know this was brough up before. I did the search and nothing. I'm planning to add the overbore throttle body from Proflow on my NA S. Does it feel any defference with NA S or it waste of $$ for NA S?

From what I heard it only makes a few HP. Unnoticeable. A few did dyno's and really nothing much on N/A. I've read 10 hp and over for s/c & turbo applications.

I have not the Proflow but a Speed/Spoon Throttle Body on my car. Afterall i noticed a better throttle response, not sure about hp raise (didn't dynoed my car after the install).
