Default P0132(1) Primary O2 sensor circuit high voltage

I've got some big issue with my car AGAIN..
My new problem is that I'M pressing on the gaz pedal and the car tries to shut down by it self like I'M stalling. We put a gauge for gaz pressure and we see that when it tries to shut down by it self it's when the gaz pressure get really high for nothing. I've got also a check engine code #1. It means too much voltage I think. What can it be ?

thx a lot for your help

Sorry for my english if I do some mistakes.

Come on, don't be a wise ass. You know what she means. Gas, petrol, fuel, go-juice. Ever think maybe she is not a native English speaker?

I would check your IAC first, clean it out and see how that helps.

Have you had any work done to your car recently?

IE: Exhaust? Headers? .. anything?

You might need a new sensor...

I did nothing you, I had a walbro and I changed it tonight for the stock one incase something was wrong with it, I also changed the IAC. Nothing changed. I still have too much gaz pressure for some reason. Not always, it's only when I ''cruse'' around 2-5rpm. The car tries to stalls cause it has too much gaz pressure. Even if I press the gaz pedal nothing happens. I'm going crazy with this trouble. Since I reset the computer 2 days ago.. the check engine didn't come back but the car still have this problem
