Default P0136 and P0137

I recently bought a cel eliminator from a member of this site. I installed the plug in the test pipe. A day later the cel came back on. The codes where P0136 and P0137. Why are they coming back on and what can I do to fix the problem. I am sooo tired of the CEL. I have an AEM V2 CAI, DC Headers, HKS Hi Power Exhaust with test pipe. I am at 69,900 miles. I have not had any other problems.

Please help me out thanks in advance!

You using spacers, or an electrical CEL eliminator?

You've got other problems. If it was just a spacing issue, you'd get a P0420.

P0136 and P0137 are for low voltage at the rear O2.

Billman where do I go from here then? Will I have to replace the 02 Sensors?

I'd start by checking the wiring on the rear O2 (the one in the cat)

Make sure there's nothing burnt, nothing chafing, nothing broke, make sure it's not twisted up tight.

Make sure the O2 with the blue wire cover is going to the cat.

Sorry to bring back such an old post but I'm running into the exact same issue as you OP and haven't been able to find a solution. Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I've tried replacing the secondary O2 with a new, non-oem Walker unit and replaced the donut gasket between the header and test pipe with no luck.

I doubt Kenpo will answer as he was last on here nearly 5 years ago...

Thought about putting the catalytic converter back in the car, or a high flow cat? I get no engine light with my Berk high flow cat.

Yeah I figured as much but thought it was worth a shot lol. Unfortunately I'm running the Berk header back so the test pipe is integrated into the exhaust so I'd have to pull the entire exhaust off. Before I installed this one I was running an hks hi power dual with a Berk test pipe with no issues. Thanks though!
